Shipping Policy

SHIPPING RATES:

  • Shipping rates will vary based on time, weight and location.

  • For more information, please calculate time and cost at UPS or USPS

SHIPMENT PROCESSING:

  • Orders received after 10:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day

  • Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days

  • We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays

  • E-mail notification with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships

  • Orders over $150.00 will be shipped “Signature Required”, unless requested otherwise

  • No international shipping

APO/FPO & PO BOX SHIPPING:

APO/FPO and PO Box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS.

 

ALASKA, HAWAII, GUAM, PUERTO RICO SHIPPING:

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

  • Log on to your account to submit a claim.

  • Contact UPS direct at 1-800-PICK-UPS or (1-800-742-5877)

    • UPS claim processing time is about 8-10 business days

  • Contact USPS direct at 1-800-ASK-USPS or (1-800-275-8777)

CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail you that the order has shipped with your tracking number or log on to your account to view the status of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30days

  • Return form must be included

  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached

  • Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage

  • Black Russian Label does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to shop@blackrussianlabel.com before sending the item back.

  • Use of pre-paid return shipping labels will incur a $7.00 shipping charge, which will be deducted from your return.

  • You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.

  • We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable

  • All Refunds are issued to the original payment method

 

EXCHANGES:

Please note that we are only able  to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and simply return the original item to us for a refund.

  • Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from package

  • Affix prepaid shipping label to package

  • Drop off your package to your nearest UPS location or call 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877)

  • Please keep bottom tracking portion of the label for your records and tracking

  • PLEASE NOTE: If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will automatically be issued to the original purchasing credit card and you will be notified via email.

 

PRE-PAID RETURN PROCESSING:

  • Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from package

  • Affix prepaid shipping label to package

  • Drop off your package to your nearest UPS location or call 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877)

  • Please keep bottom tracking portion of the label for your records and tracking
